The General Public
Information designated as part of a talent's publicly accessible professional profile may be viewed by members of the general public.
Service Providers
Information may be processed by companies providing services to Skybolt, including hosting, databases, AI processing, payments, email, SMS, analytics, customer support, security, and infrastructure.

9. We Do Not Sell Personal Information for Money
Skybolt does not directly sell personal information to anyone for monetary compensation.
Skybolt's business is providing software and services to talent and entertainment-industry professionals, not selling personal information.

11. Minors
Skybolt permits professional profiles for minor talent, but a person under 18 may not independently create or control a Skybolt account.
A parent or legal guardian must create and manage the account for talent under 18.
The parent or legal guardian is responsible for:
- Creating the account
- Providing information concerning the minor
- Maintaining the profile
- Authorizing the upload and display of photographs, video, audio, and other media
- Authorizing use and disclosure of professional profile information for representation and casting purposes
- Supervising the minor's use of Skybolt
For children under 13, Skybolt will obtain parental consent and take additional verification steps when required by applicable children's privacy laws before collecting, using, or disclosing the child's personal information.
Parents or legal guardians may contact Skybolt regarding information associated with their child's account.
Because professional talent profiles are intended to promote talent to agents, casting professionals, clients, and other industry participants, parents and guardians should carefully review which information and media they place in a minor's public professional profile.
12. Security
Skybolt uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information.
However, no website, application, database, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete the user's Skybolt account or profile.
Cancellation stops recurring subscription billing.
A user who wants their account or personal information deleted must separately contact Skybolt and request deletion.
Certain information may continue to be retained where reasonably necessary or legally permitted, including transaction records, security records, audit logs, submission history, records involving other users, backups, dispute records, and information required by law.
14. Account Cancellation and Deletion
Users may cancel recurring billing using Skybolt's self-service cancellation process.
Instructions are available through the Skybolt Help Center.
Cancellation:
- Stops future recurring subscription billing
- Does not itself constitute a request to delete the account
- Does not automatically delete a talent profile or historical records
To request account or profile deletion, contact Skybolt at:
Skybolt may verify the identity or authority of the person making a deletion request.
15. Changing Agencies
Talent may change their associated agency by contacting Skybolt.
Skybolt may verify the request and update the talent's agency relationship as appropriate.
